We’re at 4707 Dallas Acworth Hwy, Suite B, Dallas, GA 30132, near Due West Road on the corner of Bickers Road. Get directions to the shop.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday: 8 am–6 pm; Saturday: 9 am–4 pm; Sunday: Closed. Holiday hours may vary.
Do you work on both Macs and PCs?
Yes. We repair and sell Windows and Mac computers, including laptops and custom desktops. A diagnostic is $75, waived when you have us complete the repair.
How much do your services cost?
Diagnostics are $75, waived with repair. Malware removal starts at $75; in-house data recovery at $150; SSD upgrades at $300 plus tax; and on-site service calls at $150. The SSD package includes a 240 GB drive, Windows installation, and data transfer. We explain the estimate before work begins.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes. For a Windows computer, download AeroAdmin, then call the shop. We’ll ask for your AeroAdmin ID and explain the connection before you approve it. For a Mac or another device, call us to discuss the best option.
Do you come to my home or business?
We do. On-site help includes TV mounting, networking and Wi-Fi, smart-home devices, printers, computer setup, and surround sound. Tell us about your setup and we’ll arrange the right kind of visit.
Do you sell refurbished computers?
Yes. Browse our refurbished PCs and laptops in the online shop. They’re tested and ready to use, at a fraction of the price of a new machine.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed for an in-shop visit during business hours. For an on-site visit, or to arrange a time that works for you, call or text 678-310-5136.
What areas do you serve?
We serve roughly a 20-mile radius around our Dallas shop, including Paulding County and nearby communities such as Hiram, Powder Springs, Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, Douglasville, Villa Rica, Rockmart, and Cartersville. Ask us about your address for an on-site visit. Anyone is welcome at the shop.
Can you recover data from a drive that will not turn on?
Often, yes. We assess failing and non-booting hard drives and SSDs, with in-house recovery starting at $150. Recovery depends on the drive’s condition. If a specialist is needed, we can discuss a Gilware referral and free estimate.
How long do repairs usually take?
It depends on the problem and whether parts are needed. We give you a time estimate when you drop off and keep you updated. Ask the team about timing for your particular repair.
