What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 9am–4pm. We're closed on Sundays.
Do you work on both Macs and PCs?
Yes. We repair and sell both Mac and Windows computers, plus laptops and custom-built desktops. Bring it in for a $75 diagnostic — waived if you have us do the repair.
How much do your services cost?
Diagnostics are $75 — waived if you have us do the repair. Virus and malware removal starts at $75, in-house data recovery at $150, SSD upgrades at $300 (drive, fresh Windows install and data transfer included), and on-site service calls at $150. We always give you an honest estimate up front.
Do you offer remote support?

We do. We offer on-site service for TV wall mounting, networking and Wi-Fi, smart-home setup, printers, computer setup and surround sound across the Dallas, GA and Paulding County area.

What areas do you serve?
We cover about a 20-mile radius around our Dallas, GA shop — that includes Hiram, Powder Springs, Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, Douglasville, Villa Rica, Rockmart, Cartersville and the rest of Paulding County. In-shop service is open to everyone, and we travel to homes and businesses throughout that area for on-site work.
Can you recover data from a hard drive that won't turn on?
Often, yes. We handle data recovery in-house starting at $150 and can pull photos, documents and files from failing or non-booting hard drives and SSDs in many cases. Bring the drive or computer in and we'll evaluate it for you.
How long do repairs usually take?
It depends on the issue and parts availability, but we give you an honest time estimate up front when you drop off. Many common jobs — virus removal, upgrades and tune-ups — are quick turnarounds, and we keep you posted along the way.
