Please be aware that we charge a $75 NONREFUNDABLE diagnostic fee and our in-shop labor is at $75/hour.

If you choose to repair your computer with us the diagnostic fee is waived.

Please read the questions at the end carefully, as they determine whether or not we can wipe all of your data should the need arise.
